“The seaside is now called home”
Frasers Centrepoint Homes is an award-winning Singapore property developer. They’ve built popular condos like North Park Residences and Parc Life EC at Sembawang. With Seaside Residences, Frasers hopes to give its clients the ultimate dream vacation home feel literally by the shore.
Seaside Residences is situated in the beautiful beach front of East Coast. Think a luxury vacation home like this will be too far from civilization? Nope, it’s going to be a mere three-minute walk from the upcoming Siglap MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line! This will make it easy to connect to Singapore’s CBDs or to go to the well-known Marina Bay and Orchard road. The Singapore condo is also near Bedok Mall and several schools.
